Web store software
WooCommerce hosting
Our online store is developed with software from WooCommerce, we host our online store on an in-house server. Web hosting
OVH
We purchase web hosting and e-mail services from OVH. OVH processes personal data on our behalf and does not use your data for its own purposes. However, this party may collect metadata about the use of the services. This is not personal data. OVH has appropriate technical and organizational measures in place to prevent the loss and unauthorized use of your personal data. OVH is bound to secrecy under the agreement
Gmail
We use the services of Gmail for our regular business e-mail traffic. This party has taken appropriate technical and organizational measures to prevent abuse, loss and corruption of your and our data as much as possible. Gmail has no access to our mailbox and we treat all our e- mail traffic confidentially.
Payment processors
Stripe
To handle (part of) the payments in our online store, we use the platform of Stripe. Stripe processes your name, address and place of residence and your payment information such as your bank account or credit card number. Stripe has taken appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal data. Stripe reserves the right to use your data to further improve the service and as part of this to share (anonymized) data with third parties. Stripe shares personal data and information relating to your financial position with credit rating agencies in the case of an application for a deferred payment (credit facility). All of the above safeguards regarding the protection of your personal data also apply to those parts of Stripe's service for which it engages third parties. Stripe does not retain your data longer than permitted under the legal time limits.
