What is the weight gainer syrup (200 ml)?
The weight gainer 200 ml is an appetite stimulants with the aim of supporting underweight people or those who would like to gain weight to achieve their target weight.
How to use the weight gainer syrup (200 ml)?
The recommended dosage of weight gainer syrup for adults is to take 10 ml three times a day, before breakfast, lunch and dinner.
Do I need to exercise to use the supplements?
It is not a prerequisite to exercise, but of course we recommend exercising in addition to taking supplements.

Why is the weight gainer bottle made of plastic?
There are two manufacturers that produce the weight gainer syrup. The manufacturer Til Healthcare supplies the weight gainer in a glass bottle and the manufacturer Tablets India Limited in a plastic bottle. Boostmyappetite imports its products directly from the manufacturer Tablets India limited, so we only supply plastic bottles. There is no difference between the two manufacturers when it comes to efficacy, ingredients and nutritional value. By the way, very nowadays weight gainers are no longer produced in glass bottles, due to the increase of damage during transportation. Therefore, in the future several suppliers will only provide weight gainers in plastic bottles.
