Shipping Policy

Note: orders are shipped from a European department store. This allows us to guarantee fast shipping without additional customs and import fees. Any order placed before 5 p.m. on a business day, we deliver to your home or place of work within 1 or 2 business days by PostNL/DPD/DHL/Mondial Relay. If you order for an amount above Then we will ship the order for free. On holidays, no packages are delivered by the couriers. The package will be delivered the next business day. All prices shown on our website include VAT.

Shipping costs

Not at home? Are you not at home at the time of delivery? Then the package may be delivered to your neighbors or PostNL/DPD/DHL/Mondial Relay will try to deliver the package again the next business day. After two failed attempts, the package will be delivered to the nearest PostNL/DPD/DHL/Mondial Relay point, where you can then pick up the package. PostNL/DPD/DHL/Mondial Relay will notify you by placing a bill in your mailbox. You can also find out where the package will be delivered in the online tracking data.

Delivery Process

If you order before 5 p.m. on weekdays, you will receive the products within 2 business days. We make sure that you can keep a close eye on the delivery. We do this by constantly keeping you informed:

1. Immediately after ordering (Order Confirmation) Immediately after placing your order, you will receive an email from us containing the order confirmation.
2. Shipping confirmation (Track&Trace data) Once we have processed and shipped your order, you will receive another email with the tracking details of your shipment.
